Areas of intervention
PLM implementation and CAX systems
Configuration and deployment of PLM platforms within business processes, with a strong focus on data, workflows, roles and operational continuity. Implementation of CAD, CAM and CAE systems.
Methodology definition
Analysis and development, together with the customer, of specific methodologies: modelling methodologies, operating rules, naming conventions, standards and best practices for complex PLM/CAX environments.
Data migration
Data migration projects and activities (DEX - Data Exchange) with controlled conversion of data, product structures and geometry from CAX/PLM systems or legacy environments to upgraded or integrated platforms.
Application management
Application management: user support, criticality monitoring and continuity oversight for PLM/CAX systems covered by Application Management. Activities can be delivered on site, remotely or, most commonly, in a hybrid model. Help Desk support can also be included to complement project support activities.
CAX support
Specialist assistance on CATIA, NX, CREO and integrated environments, with targeted interventions on modelling, processes and data quality. Support can be provided as a one-off activity or, more frequently and effectively, over a planned set of days agreed with the customer. Help Desk support can also be included to complement project support activities.
Specialist training
Technical courses on the most widely used PLM, CAD, CAM and CAE systems, industrial methodologies and digital tools, designed according to participant level and company objectives. For CAX tools, the training offer covers a wide range of needs: 2D/3D, kinematics, sheet metal, composite materials, 2/3/5-axis NC, 3D tolerancing, thermo-structural and CFD simulations.
App / AI development for CAX PLM
Development of applications, automations and AI-oriented solutions supporting CAX and PLM processes, to simplify repetitive tasks, streamline operational workflows or address specific needs. Examples include automation of 3D models for wind-tunnel applications and apps to optimise and accelerate ply-book creation for the design and production of 3D composite parts (carbon, kevlar, honeycomb).
Training on the job
To maximise training effectiveness, Reactis frequently delivers training-on-the-job activities after user courses, with operational involvement on real projects and progressive knowledge transfer to internal teams.
